Journey to Fletcher Jones
Tyler’s interest in the automotive industry grew from watching both his grandpa and dad working in the industry. He shares, “I watched how they were changing lives by helping each of their guests find the car of their dreams. I wanted to follow in their footsteps.” His first job was washing cars for his dad on the weekends – since he did not have his license yet – and he has now been in the industry for 15 years. He has worked in a variety of roles within a dealership, including as a porter, shuttle driver, sales manager, and finance manager. He started with the Fletcher Jones Auto Group in 2020 at our Audi Fletcher Jones store. He is excited to now serve as General Sales Manager for Audi Long Beach.
Who Inspires You To Excel In Your Role?
“I am fortunate to have many people who have inspired me throughout my career. First, I was inspired by dad and how he treated his guests. I hope to become half the person he is. I have also been inspired by Brandon Hale, General Manager for Audi Fletcher Jones, and Andres Segura, Sales Manager for Audi Fletcher Jones. Both Brandon and Andres have shown me the ropes of the luxury automotive industry and how to excel at delivering the Fletcher Jones Difference. Finally, my wife and 3 kids inspire me to be the best version of myself and I want to make them proud.”

When Tyler is not busy assisting our guests and our Team, he is spending time with his family. He shares, “My wife and I have 3 children and 3 dogs and that keeps us busy! I love seeing life through their eyes.”
